A：SOL-JECT^TM Safety syringe is a kind of syringe with Needle retraction and reuse prevention functions.

Needle retraction means the syringe needle can be pulled back into the syringe barrel after the injection.

Reuse prevention means the entire syringe cannot be reused after injection since the plunger is permanently locked inside the barrel.

Q：What is Auto-Disable syringe?

A：Auto-Disable syringe is a kind of syringe with reuse prevention function by lock and snap plunger.

Q：What is Safety Syringe for?

Q：Luer slip and luer lock

A：Luer Slip Syringes are syringes which permit needle fixation on to push fit slip tip attachment, while Luer Lock Syringes are Syringes which permit more secure fixation with Screw on Locking Collar on a Luer Tip. Luer Tip indicates a 6% Taper and is the universally accepted standard for fitment of connectors medical application for ensuring minimal chances of leakages.

Q：Differences between Latex and Latex free?

A：

Natural rubber latex (NRL) is a milky fluid obtained from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, which is widely grown in South East Asia, and other countries. NRL is an integral part of thousands of everyday consumer and healthcare items. As with many other natural products, natural rubber latex contains proteins to which some individuals may develop an allergy. Around 1-6% of the general population is thought to be potentially sensitized to NRL although not all sensitized individuals develop symptoms. However, the main reason to use NRL is because NRL is a widely-used and cost-effective material, which for the majority of the population is not a clinical risk.

Q：Two part and three part syringe mould

A：A complete set of Three-part syringe includes one Barrel mould, one Plunger mould and One Gasket Mould. A complete set of Two-Part syringe includes one Barrel mould and one Plunger mould. Two-part syringe does not include Gasket Mould.
